These presents shall be a binding agreement between the Company and the Client.
A booking on our website is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

THE BOOKING
A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Biro Aster Ltd (hereafter Aster) receives the funds and sends a confirmation by email.

INDEMNITY
An Indemnity form will be signed by the Client before the start of the tour or activity.

PAYMENT
The full and advance payment can only be done following the booking procedure on my Moris’s website (brand of Biro Aster Ltd). Bank fees and charges on transfer of funds are borne by the client.

GROUP SIZE FOR ACTIVITIES
Tours on foot:
Safety and service require hosting of only 6 persons per tour. If the group is bigger alternatives will be proposed by Aster.
Less than 2 persons in total have reserved a tour means cancellation their participation. The client will then be offered a choice between a full refund or another tour.
Tours by bicycle:
Same conditions apply as for tours on Foot.
Immersion activities:
These activities can host only 3 persons per activity. We will try and arrange for other options in case of bigger group.

PRIVATE TOURS AND ACTIVITIES
Private tour/activities are solely conducted for one applicant. Costs are quoted upon demand.

CHILDREN ON THE TOURS
Please check the specific policy regarding children’s participation for each tour in our “More information” section. Children (above 10 years old) are welcome to participate to any tour on foot and cycling tours are not open to children under the age of 12.
Parents will be responsible for signing the Indemnity Form on behalf of the child. Children wishing to participate without signing of indemnity the document by the parent will not be allowed to.

CYCLING SKILLS AND PHYSICAL FITNESS
Cycling tours require good cycling skills and a general level of physical fitness as described in the “More information” section of each activity.
In case of doubts about cycling skills or health condition, the guide is authorized to cancel the tour participation. The paid tour amount will not be refunded in case of being refused on the tour due to poor cycling skills or health condition.

PUNCTUALITY
Our tours and activities start sharp on time. If you fail to reach the meeting point in time we do not take any responsibility for a missed tour or activity. There is no refund for missed tours.

CHANGES MADE BY US
If a route or tour change prior to the departure time is required, the client will be informed. Any changes required during the tour due to unforeseen conditions and bad weather doe not give rise to refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to activity:
Cancellation of 48 hours or more prior to starting time will generate an option for re-scheduling or a full refund of the tour/activity’s booking price in Mauritian rupee (MUR) – less bank fees and charges.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to activity:
For cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to departure time there will be no refund of the amount or free re-schedule.
Cancellation due to weather conditions or security reasons:
If Aster needs to cancel a tour/activity in advance or on the activity date itself, we offer a re-booking for an alternative date, or a full refund of the booking price in MUR.

AUTHORITY ON THE TRIP
Our guides are the sole authority on the tour/activity. All clients should follow the instructions of our guides and local authorities.

INSURANCE
My Moris, brand of Biro Aster Ltd, has a third party insurance but does not provide any kind of insurance for the participants or their belongings.
