Along the way, we will tell you about the rich culture of the city and recount the fascinating stories of the inhabitants while sampling the street food. You will taste an assortment of typical Mauritian dishes: steamed dumplings, dholl puri - yellow crepes filled with spicy vegetables, gato pima, sweet vanilla black tea… You will also get a chance to meet warm Port-Louisians and listen to their stories.
